Oct. 29: Humanities open house

FREDERICK, Md.—Hood College will hold an open house for the humanities programs Oct. 29 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Coblentz Seminar Room in Coblentz Dining Hall.

Students will have the opportunity to meet faculty and other students in art and archaeology, communication arts, creative writing, English, foreign languages, history, music, philosophy, public relations, religion and theater.

There will also be a costume contest. Guests can dress as their favorite book character, historical figure, author, artist, composer, philosopher or other humanities luminary for a chance to win an Amazon gift card.
