Biography

As PDS Director and Elementary PDS coordinator I work with our PDS partner schools in Frederick County, MD in a collaboratively planned partnership for the academic and clinical preparation of interns and the continuous professional development of both school systems and Hood Faculty. The focus of the Hood PDS partnership is improved student performance through research-based teaching and learning.

I was a Montgomery County, MD Public School employee for over 33 years having worked as an elementary classroom teacher, curriculum specialist, and elementary principal.
