Biography
Parson completed his Ph.D. in 2003 at Princeton University, writing a dissertation on representation theory and number theory. He is a Project NExT Fellow and has ongoing research interests in number theory and in algebraic geometry. After one year as a visiting faculty member, Parson joined the Department of Mathematics as an Assistant Professor in the Fall of 2009.
