              Biography

              Brian Hinkley has taught brass instruments and conducted the wind ensemble at Hood since 1994. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Oberlin Conservatory and has studied with renowned trombonists Per Brevig and Denis Wick. He performs with a variety of chamber ensembles in the region and is very active as a conductor, arranger and clinician.
