Andrew Campbell's research focuses on the use of mindfulness meditation and mindfulness-based therapies with young adults and adolescents, as well as how mindfulness factors into the training of new counselors. His counseling experience includes work in hospital in-patient and out-patient centers, college counseling centers, and in high schools. He is a licensed professional counselor in Washington, D.C. Professor Campbell was appointed to be program director of the psychology and counseling department's Counseling graduate program.
