The Shirley Conner Hardinge Center for Global Studies funds the following:

1. The Shirley Conner Hardinge Annual Global Studies Lecture
   This is administered by the Advisory Board for the Global Studies Minor.


2. The Shirley Conner Hardinge-Global Studies Prize
   This is administered by the Advisory Board for the Global Studies Minor.


3. Scholarships (partial funding) for currently enrolled students that are approved to study abroad
   This is administered by the Office of Study Abroad.


4. Faculty/Staff compensation and travel costs associated with short-term study abroad trips
   This is administered by the Office of the Provost in consultation with the Office of Study Abroad.


5. Supplemental funds for faculty research/presentations that are outside of the United States
   This is administered by the Office of the Provost, with recommendation from FDC.
