All residential students have individual mailboxes at the College’s post office located in the Whitaker Campus Center. Mailboxes are
available to commuter students upon request. A Campus Mailbox Request Form for commuter students can be obtained from the
Hood College Post Office.
Mailboxes are assigned at the beginning of the academic year. Once you receive the card that shows your mailbox number and
combination, please keep it in a safe place and have it with you when you retrieve your mail. If you lose or forget the box number and
combination, please contact Bryan Errera at email@example.com.

The post office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. U.S. mail is delivered to the College once a day and is picked up
from the College Monday through Friday at 3 p.m.
Mailboxes are the property of the U.S. Postal Service and students are asked to empty out their boxes periodically and to keep them intact.
First-class mail will be forwarded during winter break and during the summer and for one year after a student graduates or leaves the
UPS packages are delivered to the College’s facilities department and Federal Express packages are delivered to the switchboard.
You will receive a pink card in your mailbox for oversized items sent via the USPS.
