Applied Music

Private Lessons are given on most standard instruments plus composition and conducting. Taking a half-hour lesson each week earns you one credit. See the Music Department web pages and the schedule of classes for more information.

Music Courses

Classes are offered for both music majors and non-majors. There is no audition required to begin taking music lessons and courses. Those considering majoring in music should take MUSC 100 or MUSC 101 early in their college career.
