If you feel you should be waived from the TOEFL or IELTS score requirement because your primary language is English, please fill out and submit the following form. Please note, however, that in lieu of an official test score report, you may be required to complete an interview and/or additional writing sample with the program director. Completing this form does not guarantee a waiver from the test score requirement and students whose primary language is not English but who have studied ESL courses are not eligible for this waiver.
