Opt-Out of the Mathematics Placement Test Form

If you do not need to take this placement test please follow the instructions below:

• I will not be taking the Math Composition Test. I have completed a college algebra or pre-calculus course and received a grade of C- or above from another accredited college. 
• I will not be taking the Mathematics Composition Test. I received the score of 4 or 5 on my Calculus AP test.. 
*Students planning to enroll in a 200 level or above mathematics course at Hood should take the placement test.
