Using Self-Service

How to check your grades, class schedule, unofficial transcript, and account balance on-line:  

1. Go to the main Hood Web page.
2. From the Current Students tab, under ApLinks, select Self Service.
3. The Self-Service start page displays. On the left had side, type in your Hood username (abc1, for example, not abc1@hood.edu), your Pergola network password, and choose Pergola for the Domain. Click the Log In button.
4. The options to check your grades, course schedule, unofficial transcript and account information will be on the tabs across the top of the screen.
