Six Characters in Search of an Author by Luigi Pirandello and directed by Tony Tsundias.
In 2008 the torch was passed to Professor Joe Brady, who began his debut at HCT with a steampunk
junkyard version of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. After breaking in the blackbox with
Shakespeare, Professor Brady moved on to a large-cast production of Caucasian Chalk Circle, by Bertolt
Brecht. Old Times by Harold Pinter was produced in the fall of 2010, and it was followed by an original
long form improv production Mermaid Avenue. Cloud Nine, by Carol Churchill was the fall production of
2011.
