I'm from Florida and had never experienced snow, so seeing my first snowfall on the beautiful campus was awesome.

What do you value most about your relationships with your professors? 

They're generally relaxed and easy-going personalities.

What is something that surprised you about Hood? 

The friendly professors. My initial impression coming from high school was that the college professors would all be too busy for students.

What was your most rewarding class or academic experience at Hood? Why? 

Meeting the teaching aide Franziska Schmidt in my first German courses. I learned a lot about the language and culture of Germany from her and also found an amazing friend.

When you aren't in class, what is your favorite thing to do in your spare time? 

Play World of Warcraft.

What is your favorite campus event? 

CAB carnival. The food and games are great.
