Prerequisite: PSCI 500 or permission of the department. (First semester/3 credits)
This is a comparative course on the making and implementing of environmental policies in
developed and developing countries. The focus is on the evolution of environmental policy
making and on the problems associated with implementing environmental policies in different political and institutional contexts.
