Prerequisite: This course has no prerequisite but students are expected to have some familiarity withpersonal computer operating procedures including using Windows and a word processor. (3 credits)
An introductory course that emphasizes using technology in order to plan instruction, to
interact and communicate information and to manage and assess data to design opportunities
to promote student learning. The course will explore the legal, social and ethical issues
educators face today in the use of technology and how to address those issues. Students are
required to take this as the first course in the Curriculum and Instruction program.
