Theoretical and practical aspects of assessment, diagnosis and prescription of children
with mild or moderate disabilities. Emphasis on standardized and informal procedures for
assessing psycholinguistic processes, oral and written language and academic achievement.
Corresponding implications for educational programming are considered. Appropriate test
selection and comprehensive report writing are included.
A. Elementary/Middle designed for students specializing in the elementary/middle age-grade
level (grades 1-8).
B. Secondary/Adult designed for students specializing in the secondary/adult age-grade level
(grades 6-12).
