Prerequisites: EDUC 578 and EDUC 586. (Either semester/3 credits)
This course examines administrative functions in the school business and personnel
areas. Specific topics examined include revenue and budgeting; school maintenance and
operations; comprehensive strategic planning; personnel recruitment, selection, induction and development; and appraisal of personnel performance.
