Humanities Colloquia are reading intensive courses that build on skills learned in HUM
501/502 and introduce students to the scholarship on a particular topic, theme, era, or genre,
providing both an overview of its critical debates and the range of methodologies or approaches
appropriate to the field. Course topics vary according to discipline and specialization of faculty.
