Prerequisite: MSCI 302. (First semester/3 credits)
The fall semester builds on the National Advanced Leadership Camp experience by focusing on how to solve organizational and staff problems. Students discuss staff organization, func- tions and processes. An analysis of leader counseling responsibilities and methods is under- taken. Students also examine principles of motivating subordinates and organizational change by applying leadership and problem-solving principles to complex case studies and simulations.
