Prerequisite: Admission to the BSN program (Summer/5 credits)
This course is designed to assist the student compile a complete and comprehensive database to establish the health status on an adult through history taking, physical assessment, and documentation. Course content will reflect a holistic approach to health status, a three generational pedigree, developmental status, and health promotion. Effective communication, assessment, and documentation will be practiced in the laboratory setting.
