Music: Messiah Performance
Since 1948 the choirs of Hood College and the United States Naval Academy have joined to present Handel's Messiah. In the beginning, the performance was held at the Naval Academy. It was not until 1958 that the two choirs sang Messiah at both institutions. In 1998, a commemorative CD recording was made; it may be purchased through the bookstore's online catalog.
