Transfer and Adult Advising
As soon as you submit your deposit or Acceptance Confirmation Form, the Registrar will complete your official Transfer Evaluation and your advising folder will be forwarded to the admissions office.
You will be contacted shortly thereafter to arrange for a time to meet either face-to-face, or via phone. During this meeting, you will discuss your Transfer Evaluation, career goals, areas of interest and develop a course schedule for the fall semester. You will take your completed schedule to the Registrar's Office where they will input your schedule and print a confirmed course schedule for you. (This is the only time that you will not register online.)
This process usually takes place within two weeks after you submit your deposit or Acceptance Confirmation Form. If you have questions, or have not yet been contacted for an advising appointment, call the Admission's Office at (301) 696-3400.
