The Blazers split a pair of games against teams with Eagles as their mascots at the Land of Magic Classic in Daytona Beach, Fla., hosted by Embry-Riddle University. Senior J'Air Brady (above) eclipsed the 500-point plateau for his Blazer career against ERU. Brady also grabbed a season-high eight rebounds and picked off a career-high-tying five steals opposite the hosts. Junior Tyler Snoots was two points shy of tying his career-high in scoring with 19 points versus ERU. The men's squad hosts three home games this week at the Odom Fitness Center at Fort Detrick, including two against Capital Athletic Conference foes. Hood is 3-0 at Fort Detrick so far this season.

Women's Basketball (2-6, 0-3 CAC)

Freshman point guard Dyanna Prater (above) matched her career-high in scoring with 17 points against Capital Athletic Conference rival Stevenson University Saturday. Junior Kameran Evans dished a career-high four assists versus the Mustangs. The Blazers host the first of three straight home games Monday when they entertain a first-time opponent, the Norwich University Cadets. Senior Jen Willison is 17 rebounds away from passing Melissa Kelly '00 for fifth place on Hood's career rebounding chart. Additionally, junior Allyson Lethbridge needs just seven more steals to take over ninth place all-time.

Men's Swimming (0-4, 0-3 CAC)
