Junior Tyler Snoots represented the Blazers on the Radisson/Carnegie Mellon all-tournament team. Snoots amassed 38 points, including a career-high 21 versus Carnegie Mellon, to go along with 16 rebounds and five blocks in two setbacks for the Blazers. Hood owns a 4-4 record against Salisbury University, its first CAC opponent of the regular season. Senior J'Air Brady (above) leads the Blazers in scoring through the first five games, averaging 12.6 points per game.

The Blazers return to the hardwood Monday at Trinity University (D.C.) after a nine-day layoff. In last season's meeting at Gambrill Gymnasium Jen Willison and Allyson Lethbridge combined for 50 of Hood's 68 points in a 68-57 victory. The duo combined to shoot 20-of-50 from the field as Hood registered its 14th win all-time against the Tigers. The Blazers will also open up Capital Athletic Conference action this week with a pair of league games. Senior Jessica Parrish (above) netted a career-high 17 points the last time Hood traveled to Salisbury Feb. 21, 2009.
