Recruiting Organizations

The Hood College Career Center encourages organizations with professional-level internship and employment opportunities for college students and graduates to use the Hood College Linked-2-Work.

Requirements 

Employers are expected to abide by the principles of equal opportunity in their hiring practices. That is, offers of employment must be made without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, familial status or military service.


Third-party recruiters must follow the guidelines listed below..

  • Assess no charge or expect payroll deductions from job seekers.
  • Recruit exclusively for current employment openings.
The Hood College Career Center reserves the right to deny registration to the Linked-2-Work to any organization not providing career-building opportunities appropriate for college students and graduates.
