Why did you choose to pursue a graduate degree?  

I chose to pursue a graduate degree based on my desire to learn more in my field and to fulfill a personal goal.

Why did you choose Hood College Graduate School?  

I was interested in the program because of the opportunities it provided and the privilege to work and participate in classes with various established artist in my field form around the world. Plus, the program is set up in a wonderful way that gives the opportunity to be a full-time student, have a family and full-time employment and still be able to attend classes and complete your degree.

How did your degree help you further your professional or personal life?  

Completing my degree reinforced my desire to continue pursuing my artwork in a more professional level. It gave me the knowledge and confidence in myself as and artist and an educator.

What would you share with prospective students about your graduate experience at Hood?  

Make sure that you are passionate about what you are doing because this journey is not a walk in the park and the strongest thing that will get you through is your passion and dedication in what you are studying.
