LEAP is proud to partner with Baltimore City Public Schools to offer a focused, rich professional development opportunity for City teachers. Workshops will focus on topics such as equity, social-emotional learning, and mind-brain education. Teachers will learn strategies to support a positive, effective learning environment for all students.

Teachers with 0-5 years of experience are invited to apply; slots will be filled using a lottery system.Commitments for this program include attending two Saturday workshops (9am-1pm) in Zoom. Workshops will be held on March 19 and April 2.

Participants will receive a $200 stipend for engaging with the LEAP program and are eligible to apply for a classroom grant of up to $250.

Applying to the LEAP Program

The Spring 2022 cohort is limited to 45 teachers. A lottery system will be used to select participants. For the best chance of being selected, please apply by March 1.
