I teach undergraduate and MBA students and my goal is to enable student success through student engagement. I serve as the president of the Association of Collegiate Marketing Educators, Federation of Business Disciplines.

My research interests are related to relationship marketing, distribution strategy, and brand experience. During the decade and a half that I spent in the corporate world as an internal consultant in the arena of logistics and transportation, my main thrust areas were innovation, quality output, and customer satisfaction.

I earned my Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Management (Marketing) from University of North Texas and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. I am a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Mu Kappa Tau, and am the winner of the 2017 AxcessCapon Teaching Innovation Competition Award.
