Assistant Professor of Mathematics

Hodson Science and Technology Center, Room 260

I received my Ph.D. for my work in non-commutative algebra; in particular, the study of various cohomology structures of finite dimensional Hopf algebras. I then spent three years at Northeastern University in Boston for my postdoctoral work in representation theory of quivers and algebras. At Northeastern, I was also the faculty adviser of the math club and supervised the annual Putnam Competition.

I joined the Hood College faculty in fall 2017. I am a Project NExT fellow (Red '15) and am interested in undergraduate activities and teaching pedagogies. Besides my mathematical research and teaching interests, I also enjoy cooking, reading, traveling and other outdoor activities.
