Hood College offers a tuition remission benefit, available for coursework at Hood College and a tuition exchange benefit, available at participating institutions. Please see the staff manual for policy details and program rules.
For Tuition Remission at Hood College, the application for educational benefits must be submitted each semester for which the benefit is requested for an eligible employee, spouse or dependent. Failure to complete and return this form to HR prior to the start of each semester will result in the enrolled individual receiving a tuition bill and/or incurring late fee charges from Hood College.
For the Tuition Exchange program, employees will be notified via a campus-wide email early each Fall when the application process opens for the subsequent academic year.
