Advising and Registration Days--Summer 2021
Welcome to Hood College! We’re eager to assist new fall 2021 undergraduate students with next steps in the enrollment process, which includes placement tests, advising & registration, and orientation.
Students will receive separate communication regarding the need for placement testing. These scores are needed in advance of advising and registration to help ensure you are placed into the correct classes. To complete your placement tests, log into the “New Student Advising and Placement” site in Blackboard using your new Hood email and password you should have received by letter from Admissions>> HERE.
Advising and Registration Sessions
You’ll have the opportunity to talk with a faculty advisor to discuss your interests and plans, and register for fall 2021 courses. Your advising appointment will be on Zoom (or phone, if that works best for you) and you'll register for courses online in self-service. For details on your advising & registration, click the button below if you will be entering as a first year (directly out of high school) or transfer student.
For questions regarding placement testing or advising & registration contact the Student Success Center at firstname.lastname@example.org. Students requesting accommodations may contact Kate Gmuer, Director of Accessibility Services, at email@example.com .
Fall 2021 orientation schedule and details will be posted as they become available.
