Wellness Week

From March 29 through April 2, Hood College is taking the time to focus on being "Healthy at Hood" throughout Wellness Week 2021.

Hopefully you’re engaging in regular self-care in which you do the things that make you feel taken care of mentally, physically and emotionally. But this doesn’t always happen, and we may need to stop and take the time to remind ourselves we are important, too.

Whether it is through exercise, mindfulness, games with friends and peers, meaningful conversations, healthy foods, we look forward to prioritizing self-care alongside you. Events are open to Hood students, staff and faculty; locations and links can be found on Pergola Connect.
