David Bolton, Ph.D.

Biography

With a 30-year higher-education journey, I hold a Ph.D. in Public Policy and a Master of Business Administration. 

My background in business and government informs my teaching and research. I hold Harvard - Derek Bok certification in Higher Education Teaching, develop in-person and online courses, and have several publications on public policy and US Government. 

My work can be found on my website, DavidWBolton.org. I currently reside in Southcentral Pennsylvania with my wife and two children, and also have two other adult children and four grandchildren. My hobbies include research, travel and disc golf. I am committed to student success and service to academic communities.
