Joanna Eaton

Biography

Professor Eaton is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over 13 years of experience working in the nutrition field. She has experience providing nutrition care in community, public health, clinical, consulting and industry settings. She earned her MSPH with a concentration in health education and health communication from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, MD and completed her undergraduate degree and Dietetic Internship at Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.  Professor Eaton lives in Frederick, MD with her husband, son and two rescue dogs.  She enjoys hiking, gardening, musical theater, reading and gluten free baking.
