Graduates earning a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Hood College:
Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory techniques and methods through:
- Conducting laboratory experiments using appropriate methods.
Demonstrate proficiency in discipline content through:
- Answering discipline-specific content questions in each discipline-specific course.
Show proficiency in use of the literature, scientific reading, writing and presentations through:
- Conducting literature searches;
- Writing scientific reports; and
- Conducting scientific presentations.
Critically think and problem-solving through:
- Using critical thinking skills, and
- Solving multi-step problems.
Graduates earning a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Hood College:
