Professor of Chemistry

Hodson Science and Technology Center, Room 244

I teach General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Instrumental Analysis courses. My research area of expertise is in the field of Mass Spectrometry. Specifically, my research group looks at the fundamentals of ion formation in complex mixtures.

In addition, I have been the principal investigator or co-principle investigator on a range of National Science Foundation educational grants that impact student learning, develop relationships with local two-year and four-year colleges, and engage local research laboratories in student education.
