8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.Blue and Grey Golf Tournament, P.B. Dye Golf Club:
The Blue and Grey Golf Tournament is a memorable day of fun and networking that raises funds to support facilities, equipment, and uniforms for our Blazer student-athletes. Registration required.
6–7 p.m.SOLD OUT! History on the Double, Double Decker Bus History Tour of Frederick:
Hop on the bus for a fun and unique tour of Frederick history, with a healthy dose of Hood history added in! The tour will start and end at the College. SOLD OUT!
7 p.m.Women's Volleyball vs. Mt. Aloysius, Woodsboro Bank Arena, Volpe Athletic Center
8 p.m.Madagascar the Movie, Hodson Auditorium, Rosenstock Hall.
Free and open to the public.
8 p.m.Men's Lacrosse vs. Alumni, Thomas Athletic Field

11 a.m. – 2 p.m.Coblentz Dining Hall Brunch, Cost is $9.00 and can be purchased at the door (Hood is a “cashless” campus; please bring a credit card).
11 a.m.Softball vs. Alumni, Hood Softball Field

1–3 p.m.Annual Hood Scavenger Hunt. Bring your inner competitor, your thirst for glory and fabulous prizes, and your team of Hood students, alumni, and/or family and friends to Alumnae House Porch. Shotgun start at 1p.m., but remember:  Team registration is required.
1-1:45 p.m.Fall Family Parade: Enjoy a parade through campus! Starts on Martha Church Drive, then Brodbeck Drive and ends on Hodson Drive. Featuring Mass Destruction Marching Unit, Starstruck Superstars, Tuscarora Cheering, Hood College Dance ensemble, Hoodlum Steppers, and more!
2–4 p.m.Fall Festival on the Quad, Residential Quad
3 p.m.Canceled:Women's Volleyball vs. Alumni, Woodsboro Bank Arena, Volpe Athletic Center
4 p.m.Men's Soccer vs. Eastern University, Thomas Athletic Field
4–6 p.m.We Dreamed the Sky Wrong, by Seth Ellison; Art Exhibition and Reception, Whitaker Gallery, 2nd floor
4:30–7:30 p.m.Fall Family Weekend Dinner, Hood College Dining Hall. Includes dessert at Blazer Hall’s Wild West Night (7 PM) — featuring a 360° s’mores station! $16 per adult, $8 per child.
Purchase tickets until October 1st.

10 a.m. – NoonAthletic Hall of Fame, Induction Ceremony, Whitaker Campus Center Commons, by invitation only

3 p.m.Concert: An Afternoon of Elegance and Expression with Pianist Xiaohui Yang and violinist Eunice Kim, Coffman Chapel. Free and open to the public
