Hilary joins Hood College with more than 11 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and administrative leadership, supporting organizations across federal contracting, engineering, construction, and technology environments. She brings strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance and HRIS administration, along with extensive experience navigating federal and multi-state employment laws.

Hilary is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and earned her Human Resource Associate Professional (HRCI) certification in December 2024. She lives in Frederick with her two children.
