Mark Franceschini, Esq.

Mark C. Franceschini, Esq., has been a member of the Maryland bar since 1992 when he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.  He ran his own private practice law firm until 2015.  He currently works as an administrative law Senior Hearing Examiner and Program Manager Senior I for the State of Maryland, Department of Labor.  He has taught various undergraduate courses both in Law and in Ethics since 1999 as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore, The Johns Hopkins University, and has been teaching at Hood College since the Fall of 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from Rutgers University.  Outside of work and teaching, he has remained active in amateur theater in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
