About this Program

The minor in mathematics education gives future teachers the opportunity to explore two major strands of mathematics, the continuous and the discrete. 

Program Overview

It is especially useful for those who may wish to teach mathematics in a departmentalized elementary or middle school. The minor is open only to students majoring in early childhood education or elementary/special education.
