The Open Enrollment period for the 2020 – 2021 plan year ended on 5/10/2020. Benefit elections made during this Open Enrollment will be effective 7/1/2020 – 6/30/2021.
The next Open Enrollment period will take place in April 2021 for coverage effective 7/1/2021.
If you experience a Qualifying Life Event (marriage, divorce, birth/adoption, death, job change, etc.) please contact the Benefits Manager on x3542 or email@example.com to discuss your rights and responsibilities regarding your employee benefits. All enrollment changes due to a Qualifying Life Event must be completed within 30 days of the qualifying event date.
