David Howard

Biography

A native of Binghamton, NY, Mr. Howard earned degrees from Ithaca College, The Catholic University of America, and George Washington University. He retired from the National Symphony Orchestra in 2011 after being a member for 41 years, and he has performed with numerous other ensembles. He now performs with the Frederick Symphony Orchestra. Throughout his career he has maintained a teaching studio and has taught numerous students through the NSO's Youth Fellowship Program.
