ART 370 Archaeological Fieldwork and ART 380 Archaeology Laboratory Analysis are recommended for any student wishing to pursue a career in archaeology, or planning graduate study. These are often offered during the summer, either by Hood faculty, or available to transfer from another university. It is recommended that students take one of these courses in the summer following Year 2 or Year 3.

If you have not already completed, take field study courses, or a second internship experience, consider adding these course or experiences.

If eligible, investigate federal work study positions in a department of career related interest.

Attend the annual fall and spring semester Study Abroad Fairs.
