Call for Proposals

Who Can Submit?
We hope that any and all educators or professionals who may have a stake in the topic will submit and/or attend. Whether you have a K-12 background, work in higher education, or work in the community, we’d love to hear from you!

Deadline to Submit

  • Proposal submissions will be accepted until June 15, 2026.
  • Decision emails will be sent by September 1, 2026.

Abstracted Description (no more than 400 characters and spaces)

  • Briefly describe the goals of the proposed session and the means by which those goals will be pursued. What should the audiences/participants take away from the session, and how will you help them accomplish that goal? How might they apply the information you gave them? Please limit yourself to no more than three outcome objectives for your presentation.
  • (Anticipate 45-55 minutes for your presentation. We are happy to have mixed media/medium sessions. Please let us know in the following section if you have specific technology or equipment needs in the room for your proposed session.)

Technological Needs
Rooms will have the standard desktop computer, projector, podium, laptop adapters. If you do not have any other specific needs, please reply N/A to this question.
