Commencement Tickets

Claiming Your Tickets

• Tickets will be available for graduates beginning Thursday, April 16, at noon.
• All eligible graduates will receive an email from AudienceView to their Hood email with instructions to log in to their ticketing account.
• Graduates will have until 5 p.m. on May 4, 2026, to claim their tickets.
  • Undergraduate students will receive six tickets.
  • Graduate students will receive eight tickets.
• During the ticket claiming processing, students will also have the opportunity to submit accessibility requests for their guests.
• If a graduate does not claim all six tickets or does not need all six tickets, they will have the option to give back or donate unused tickets during the claiming process.
  • Once tickets are given back or donated, they cannot be reclaimed.
• After 5 p.m. on May 4, any unclaimed, given-back or donated tickets will be made available through a waitlist. Graduates may submit a waitlist request at the time they claim their tickets.

Ticket Delivery

• Graduates will have e-tickets this year. Ticket holders have the choice of:
  • Email as attachment to print at home.
  • Text directly and scan from mobile device.
• If your ticket is lost or you cannot retrieve it from email or text, our staff can look up ticket orders on site.

Additional Ticket Requests

• Graduates wanting to request more tickets should do so via the waitlist.
• Waitlist tickets are unused or unclaimed tickets.
• Waitlist tickets will be allocated beginning, May 5, 2026.
• Graduates will receive an email prompting them to log in to their account to claim waitlist tickets. You must claim your waitlist tickets within 48 hours of receiving the email notification.
• Waitlist requests are not guaranteed and are subject to overall availability/capacity.

VIP Tickets

• Invited guests of the graduating classes, Office of the President or Board of Directors will receive a VIP ticket via email.
• Tickets must be shown for entry into the venue.
• VIP tickets are limited to invited guests only and may have assigned seating.
• VIP guests will have further direction in their email.
