Public Health students recorded their final productions in a professional studio setting. The completed six podcast episodes addressed a variety of contemporary public health topics, including 1) vaping and youth tobacco prevention, 2) mental health awareness, 3) maternal and child health, 4) vaccine preventable diseases, 5) sleep deprivation among college students, and 6) substance abuse prevention. Through this process, students applied key concepts related to audience segmentation, message framing, and public health marketing strategies. All studio productions were completed in partnership with Mr. Tim Jacobsen at the Blazers Studio, who provided technical support and guidance on audio recording and production.
