Administrative Unit Assessment
Through annual goal-setting and assessment among administrative units, Hood College ensures commitment to continuous improvement in fulfillment of the College mission.
Administrative units complete an assessment form each summer. In the form, units document the achievement of their goals from the past academic year and use the results to create new goals for the next academic year. Unit goals align with pillars that are described in the current Hood College strategic plan. This assessment cycle allows administrative units to determine what strategies worked well and revise methods to increase future achievement of the goals.
Administrative unit assessment reports are to be submitted annually to OIRA by June 30.
