The Graduate School regularly collects feedback from current students on their experiences here at Hood College. Graduate students recently expressed a desire for deeper connections within and outside their degree program. Students want connections to peers, faculty, and successful alumni in their field.

Pair that finding with curricular strengths across our graduate programs, and you will arrive at this year’s theme of “connections.” Students have many opportunities to expand their strengths and professional network in 2025-2026, ranging from interdisciplinary programming and collaboration across graduate programs to networking with alumni in relevant fields.
