Maintenance and Facilities Requests
Something in your room not working quite right? From a dripping faucet to a heating or cooling concern, Hood's Facilities team is here to help keep your living space comfortable and functional.
Submitting a work order
- Visit the Hood College website and select Information for Current Students.
- Under ApLinks, select Facilities Work Order.
- Complete the request with your contact information, Hood email address, room number, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Keep the "Notify Me" box checked to receive updates as your request moves through the process.

You can follow up directly with Facilities at facilities@hood.edu.
If an issue hasn't been resolved in a timely manner or requires additional attention, reach out to your resident assistant (RA) or assistant director of Residence Life. Our Residence Life team is here to listen, help you navigate concerns, and advocate for a positive residential experience.
