Hood Global Partnerships

International Partners

As part of Hood College's Hood College's 2022-2025 strategic plan, "For a Greater Hood", the Graduate School is committed to global engagement through partnerships with education consultants, institutions and organizations from around the world.

Hood College values global partnerships that help us recruit talented students and/or that provide diverse, global opportunities for our current graduate students.

Hood College's mission is to foster a truly diverse community, including faculty, students, and partner institutions. Through a global partnership initiative, we seek to provide students with opportunities to help them thrive in the competitive global marketplace.

Hood College is interested in exploring various types of international academic collaborations, including:

    • International recruitment agreements with education consultants | currently active
    • 1+1 dual graduate degree programs (i.e. joint MBA programs) | coming soon
    • 4+1 dual degree programs (i.e. joint undergraduate/graduate programs) | coming soon

For Education Consultants wishing to partner with Hood College

Hood College has contractual agreements with select organizations. To establish a contractual agreement, we consider a variety of factors including references and an agent questionnaire which all prospective agents must complete and return by email to gofurther@hood.edu.

International institutions interested in academic partnership opportunities with Hood College should email gofurther@hood.edu with details about their proposed collaboration. Please include your organization's contact information and website. Once Hood College has reviewed your information, you will be contacted for next steps.

    * Please note that Hood College is not currently set up to administer international J1 exchange programs.

Many of Hood College's international students use the services of overseas education consultants when applying for admission. International students can apply directly to the Graduate School at Hood College; however, they may choose to use the services of a third-party overseas education consultant.

Below is a current list of authorized overseas education consultants that have a signed partnership agreement with Hood College.

Hood College services provided to partner overseas education consultants include a training agent manual as well as personalized virtual training sessions.
